How do I know which massage is right for me?

If you're dealing with general tension or minor aches, a 30-minute massage is a great quick fix. For deeper relief and recovery, our 60-minute or 90-minute sports massages focus on specific problem areas. If you're unsure, our therapists can help you choose the best option.

What should I wear to my sports massage appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For sports massages, you may be asked to remove certain layers, but you'll always be appropriately covered with towels. If needed, shorts or sportswear can be worn for treatments focusing on the legs or lower body.

Will the massage be painful?

Some deep tissue techniques may cause mild discomfort, especially if you have tight muscles. However, we always adjust pressure to your comfort level and ensure the treatment is effective yet relaxing.

What should I do before and after my massage?

Before your session, stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals. Afterward, drink plenty of water, stretch lightly, and give your body time to recover for the best results.

Can sports massage help with injuries?

Yes, sports massage can support recovery by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and loosening tight muscles. However, if you have a serious injury, we recommend consulting a doctor before booking a session.

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!
