Myofascial Release

This is a deep tissue technique that reduces stiffness in the muscle and assists with the lengthening of the superficial and deep fascia. This helps to improve posture and switch off latent trigger points

Soft Tissue Release

This technique helps to separate muscles, break adhesion and lift tissue. The client may be asked to move specific parts of the body to assist in the recovery.

Trigger Point Therapy

This technique helps to separate muscles, break adhesion, lift tissue. This is a technique that provides immediate relief.

Peripheral Joint Mobilisation

This is used after acute injury to assist recovery, increase proprioception and more room around joints, leading to an improved range of motion.
